Sign-up pages and waitlists
Let participants register themselves, cap the field and manage the waitlist.
Enable open sign-ups
In Settings → Registration choose Open sign-up. Set the maximum participants, an opening and closing time, and whether registrations are approved automatically or reviewed by you.
Waitlist
When the field is full new registrations join a waitlist in order. Withdrawals promote the next waitlisted entry automatically; you can also promote manually from Registrations → Waitlist.
Reviewing registrations
Approve, reject or waitlist entries from the Registrations tab. Approved registrations become participants; rejected ones are notified with an optional note.
