Save your settings once and reuse them for every event.
Saving a template
From Settings → Tools choose Save as template. Format, scoring, registration form, branding and sharing settings are stored (participants are not).
Using a template
On the dashboard or in the wizard pick Use template. Community templates are shared with all collaborators.
